The Sill

Founder, Eliza Blank

Eliza Blank grew up admiring how her mother stayed connected to her Asian roots through gardening. As she says “her childhood was very green!” After going to school in New York City, Blank realized her ardent appreciation for plants. The Sill began as a D2C houseplant company, opening its first brick-and-mortar location in 2015. The company got its first break when the social networking app Vine reached out to outfit their office in plants. B2B sales became an enormous point of success for the business who now offers several products/services related to plants including subscription, corporate gifting, and office outfitting. During Black Friday, they will have discounts up to 50% off!
